Are you concerned you’re taking on too much at one time by building Homeroom Lofts in Averill Park, Van Allen Apartments in North Greenbush and Draper Lofts in Rotterdam? It didn’t all happen at the same time. It just sort of came to a crescendo. You have to strike when the iron is hot but each of these projects has a different timeline.
