Renovations are underway to convert three former industrial buildings near Lincoln Park in Albany into 75 apartments called @HudsonPark.

The developer, Capital District Real Estate Investment Team, is spending $13 million on the development at 160 Myrtle Ave.

The buildings were formerly the home of the Hinckel and Dobler breweries and more recently owned by Long Energy, a heating oil, diesel and propane distributor.

The work is expected to finish by the end of this year, and the apartments ready for occupancy in March.
