The results of the Sunrise Rental Market Report and findings from the Sunrise Multifamily Summit were discussed in an article in the Times Union:
Rents are still going up in several Capital Region counties for rental complexes with 50-plus units, but the rate of increase is slowing down, according to data collected by Sunrise Management & Consulting.
The company shopped local apartments to create a market report and found rents are increasing by lower and lower percentages every year. (Rent is still going up in Albany, Saratoga and Schenectady counties, just not by as much as years past.) Sunrise has been producing the report annually since 2001.
