On Friday, December 13th, all of the employees of Sunrise Management & Consulting gathered for our quarterly professional development program called Property Coach. We were delighted to have Michael Burns from Koppett use improv to hone our listening and customer service skills! Check out some photos of the event below!
The improv lesson gave our employees some great tools they can use in their day-to-day interactions with residents.
These fun activities got us up and kept us active and engaged the whole afternoon.
